Who We Are
We're a student-led, student-run rocket team.
The Auburn University Rocketry Association, also known as AURA, designs, builds, and launches high-powered rockets from the ground up to compete in national competition. Every vehicle we make is fully student-engineered.
Every year, our team travels the country to compete against top collegiate teams nationwide. AURA competes in the NASA Student Launch Challenge at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, the Argonia Cup Championship in Kansas, and the International Rocket Engineering Competition in Texas.
